Luxury Parking System (“LPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, parking requesters, and job applicants. This policy explains the information our website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you use our forms, we may collect contact details, property or event information, production-lot requirements, parking-information requests, messages, and job-application information. Career applicants may optionally upload a résumé. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
Information processed automatically
Our website and service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time, and security or error logs. The website does not currently use advertising pixels, session recording, or customer accounts.
How information is used
- Respond to inquiries and prepare custom service proposals.
- Review public, monthly, or overnight parking questions, which are requests only and not confirmed bookings.
- Evaluate general employment applications.
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the website.
- Meet legal and operational obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to operate the website, including Supabase for durable submission records and private résumé storage and Resend for management notification emails. A submission will be stored before a notification is attempted, so an email-delivery failure does not remove the original record. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Résumés and retention
Optional résumés will be stored in private Supabase Storage. Management will receive a short-lived private access link in the Careers notification email rather than a public URL or ordinary email attachment. Submission records and applicant files will be retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational record keeping, security, and legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also choose to contact us by phone or email instead of using a web form.
Children’s privacy
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
